E. STANDARD FEATURE
All the products are tested as per the quality assurance plan, part of company’s quality policy before dispatch to the different parts.
Standard features cover’s
- Veneer is peeled from selected hand wood / plantation timber by fully automatic pneumatically controlled peeling machine
- Veneer is preservative treated as per IS 401 : 1982
- Every stage of manufacturing covers stress relieving treatments like tenderization & tropicalization to make the products warp free & dimensionally stable
- Periodical tests are also done by Govt. testing labs which can not be done in factory lab.
- All the R & D works are done in own factory established laps by experienced persons of this field.
