BLOCK BOARD
Our wide array of block board is built out of selected seasoned timber, which is subjected to machining on our new modern wood working machines. The block boards offer unsurpassed strength, rigidity and stability. The board is created with cross bands of core veneer and face veneer bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin in hot press process with high pressure & temperature to make it 100% boiling water proof. The standard thickness is usually 19 & 25 mm.
Our exhaustive range of block boards are termite resistant, warp free and durable, and can withstand any kind of climatic conditions.
PLY WOOD
Our boiling waterproof plywood (BWP) is contrived from specially selected core veneers and bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin in hot press process with high pressure and temperature. It is highly resistant to boiling water, extreme temperature and dry heat. It is able to withstand varying climatic conditions and is resistant to high humidity, termites and borer, etc. and is highly durable and economical.
Plywood is used in a wide range of applications such as kitchen cabinets, partitions, wardrobe, tabletops, interior decoration, shelves, etc. Our shuttering plywood is suitable for construction of bridge, dams, roofs, etc. It is reused several times under certain conditions of storage and handling care.
MOULDED DOORS
An exciting range of Moulded Doors is manufactured by us and supplied all over India. We provide this range exactly as per the client’s requirement in terms of size and quantity. Our Moulded Doors are tested at every level of production to ensure that they are long lasting and efficient. Our Moulded Doors are constructed using seasoned wood for the frame, High density fibers in the Panels and bonding used is Phenolic Resin.
