General purpose plywood is manufactured from drier smooth surface veneers. Due to hard quality checking at each stage in production process we manufacture plies face from manufacturing as well as natural defects.

Details

Core & Crossband : - Core and crossband are uniformly dried up to 6% moisture content as per IS:1141-1991 in thermic fluid drier.

Adhesive :- Superior quality of Urea Formaldehyde and Phenol Formaldehyde Resins are used conforming to IS: 848-1974.

Preservative Treatment :- To prevent from termites and fungus, fixed type of preservative chemicals are used for preservative treatment of veneers.

Conditioning :- After hot pressing, to relieve external stresses, plywood pieces are give special treatment.

Decorative Plywood

General purpose plywood is manufactured from drier dried smooth surface veneers. Due to use of straight grained superior quality of decorative face veneers.

Details

Face :- We use, 5mm thick veneers of decorative face.

Core & Crossband :- Core and crossband are uniformly dried up to 6% moisture content as per IS:1141-1991 in thermic fluid drier.

Adhesive :- MR Grade Urea Melamine Formaldehyde Resins is used for bonding conforming to IS:848-1974.

Preservative Treatment :- Veneers and Crossbands are preservative treated by boric acid.
