Our block boards are manufactured from carefully selected high of seasoned timber with effectively treated by fixed type of preservatives. These are pressed under controlled tempreature, high pressure and bonded with superior grade of synthtic resins, resulting in a product with high dimensionally stable and weather proof.
Resistance to borers and termites, free from wrap and twist and great degree of smoothness to the surface are the special features of our superior quality blockboards. The boards are available in two grades:-

GRADE 1 (EXTERIOR GRADE) BLOCK BOARDS
BWP block boards bonded with superior quality of Phenol Formaldehyde resin confirming to BWP grade as per IS:848-1974

GRADE 2 (INTERRIOR GRADE)BLOCK BOARDS
Block boards bonded with superior quality Melamine Urea Formaldehyde resin confirming to MR Grade as per IS:848-1974

SPECIAL FEATURES
Beside these tests we dip our block (Grade 1) after processing into cold-water tank then stack in for minimum 12 hours before sizing.In case of Grade 2 block board we apply a thin layer of water by sponge surface then stack it for minimum 12 hours.
