Our block board are manufactured from carefully selected high quality of seasoned timber with effectively treated by fixed type of preservatives .these are pressed under controlled temperature,High pressure and bonded with superior grade of synthetic resins, resulting in a product with high dimensionally stable and weather proof.
Resistance to borers and termites, free from warp and twist and great degree of smoothness to the surface are the special feature of our superior quality blackboards.

THE BOARDS ARE AVAILABLE IN TWO GRADES:-

Grade 1 (Exterior Grade) Block Boards :- BWP block board bonded with superior quality of Phenol Formaldehydes resin confirming to BWP grade as per IS:848-1974.

Grade 2 (Interior Grade) Block Boards :- Superior quality of Urea Formaldehyde and Phenol Formaldehyde Resins are used conforming to IS: 848-1974.

SPECIAL FEATURES :-

Beside these tests we dip our block boards (Grade 1) after processing into cold-water tank then stack it for minimum 12 hours before sizing. In case of Grade 2 block board we apply a thin layer of water by sponge surface then stack it for minimum 12 hours.
